Feb 21, 2020 · I accidentally deleted my audio driver and after installing it I didn't get acer true harmony back in that audio driver. I'm running the latest windows 10 1909 version in my laptop acer swift 3 sf314-55g. So I would manually set it and it would be fine. Acer TrueHarmony has not been working for a while, I cannot switch it to the mode I want to set, what could be the reason? I don't understand how it ruins the audio (although I didn't find any real difference swapping between the two and I tried to hear the difference, other than not having it sounds more compressed). Dec 8, 2022 · Hello! After purchasing my Acer Predator 300 SE laptop I had the Acer TrueHarmony app installed. It allowed me to switch the sound profiles on the system. I've had even better aud io results with Acer Trueharmony than ELNA Audios on Asrock motherboards, interestingly enough. Not sure if you still need help, but I recently had the same issue and fixed mine by going to the acer website, support, finding my device, and downloading the audio driver.
